Ice-cream Sandwiches
Here in Australia, being in the middle of summer, January calls for a quick tasty cold treat which is easy to make and can cool you down on a hot summers day. What better way to do it then with ice-cream sandwiches.
What you will need:
• A tub of your favourite ice-cream flavour
• A variety of cookies and waffles, preferably soft
What to do:
1. Sandwich a scoop of ice-cream between 2 cookies or waffles.2. Serve instantly or freeze in a container for up to 3 days.
